Rental terms
The plain-language principles behind every rentapaddleboard.com rental. A written agreement with full details is provided when a rental is confirmed.
Availability requests
Submitting an availability request is not a confirmed reservation and creates no obligation on either side. No payment is collected at the request stage. A rental only exists once we confirm availability, delivery details, and price with you and you accept.
Payment
Payment is arranged only after your rental is confirmed. Prices shown on the website are the prices we quote; any delivery considerations for your specific location are confirmed before you pay.
Rental period and returns
One-day, weekend, and weekly rental periods are agreed at confirmation. Gear is due back at the agreed pickup time and location. Late returns may incur additional charges at the daily rate.
Use of equipment
Equipment must be used responsibly and as intended, following the safety instructions provided. Renters must be adults or supervised by a responsible adult. PFDs must be worn on the water.
Damage and loss
Normal wear and tear is our responsibility. Loss, theft, or damage caused by misuse or negligence is the renter's responsibility, and repair or replacement costs may be charged. Report any damage as soon as it happens.
Weather and cancellations
Florida weather changes fast. If unsafe conditions are forecast for your rental period, we will work with you to reschedule or cancel. If you need to cancel a confirmed rental, tell us as early as possible and we will work with you fairly.
Delivery locations
Some beaches, parks, hotels, and condominiums restrict commercial deliveries or equipment handoffs. We confirm what is permitted at your specific location before finalizing a rental. We do not deliver where it is not allowed.
Liability
Paddling and beach activities carry inherent risk. By renting, you accept responsibility for your own safety and agree to follow the safety guidance provided. Nothing on this page overrides the written agreement provided at confirmation.
